Refund Policy
If within 24 hours of receiving your product(s), you notice that your produce and/or seafood is spoiled we will refund the full amount of your purchase to your card, or exchange the product for another; whichever you prefer. Requests for a return must be made within 24 hours after receiving the product. To process a return contact our customer support line at 847-845-7750 with your invoice number ready.
To complete your return we require proof of purchase such as a receipt or your invoice number.
Once your request for a return gets processed we will send you an email to let you know if your request is approved or denied.
If you're approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days. Or if you prefer an exchange we will ship out a replacement box for your order.
Non-Eligible Items For Refunds
Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately sale items or reduced price produce and seafood cannot be accepted. They fall under an "as is" policy at the time of sale.
Gift cards are also non-refundable.
